Oral jelly medication is easily absorbed in its semi-liquid form and a small dose of oral jelly medicine works adequately. The jelly form enters patient’s bloodstream directly without having to go through the stomach and get disintegrated there. It is more like a direct absorption and so the results are quick, around 20-25 minutes of medicine intake. Yet another advantage of the medicine in an oral jelly form is that unlike the solid pills, jelly is convenient for aged people, who might otherwise face problems in consuming medicine in a pill form.
